Is OpenKogama the official KoGaMa?

No. OpenKogama is a fan-made community project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Multiverse ApS, the company behind KoGaMa.

Can I play old versions of KoGaMa?

Yes. The launcher for Windows has more than 600 KoGaMa versions, from 2012 to 2026, and over 500 of them also run in the browser with no install.

Can I still play old KoGaMa maps?

More than 28,000 KoGaMa maps were archived. Find one on the Maps page by name, author or id and play it in the browser.

Is OpenKogama free?

Yes. OpenKogama is free and open source. If you want to support it, you can donate on Ko-fi.

Yes. The OpenKogama server is open source and supports plugins, so you can run your own server and play with friends.
